    A fantastic spot if you're looking for comfort and modernity! Enjoyed fine views from my room with a wall-to-wall window, great spa service, and an excellent breakfast. The pool area is a treat with its bar, and everything is well-maintained. Plus, its proximity to the border is super convenient.

    We had a really nice stay in Tijuana. The room was elegant & modern, with a king bed. Also, location was good, around 10-15 minutes walk from a modern museum. The restaurant was good, and the staff professional. Enjoyed this brand-new hotel, would recommend.

    The housekeeping crew on the 3rd floor made an unholy racket at the crack of dawn!!! Seriously, a phone call for help only led to being hung up on. Half the time, I couldn't even find towels near the pool area!!!

The breakfast experience was marred by incorrect orders, which resulted in frustrating delays. Cleaning staff inadequately replenished room supplies, leaving us without enough towels for our group. Despite paying a premium, the overall service did not meet the expectations for a family stay.

    The Beautiful Room was great! Super modern design with a huge window that offered amazing views. The room service was on point, and I loved the pool and spa area. They even had fluffy robes and slippers waiting for us, a nice touch. Only downside was some noise from outside, but overall, it felt really comfy and relaxing.
